1. All prices include 15% VAT and exclude delivery fees.

2. All tool bodies are sold without batteries and accessories/consumables unless otherwise stipulated.

3. All spend toward Black Friday giveaways are calculated using Ex VAT prices.
Black Friday Specials and give-aways are available while stocks last.

4. The use of Black Friday Specials for Fleet renewals are limited to a maximum of R100,000.00 per customer (Based on contract value)

5. Black Friday specials are limited to a maximum of 5 of the same/similar combo per customer.

6. ONLY Inserts purchased on the same Sales order as Black Friday Specials, will contribute toward the Black Friday give-away spend threshold and will be eligible to receive the Black Friday give-aways.

7. Black Friday give-aways will be calculated on a customer’s entire Black Friday spend during the Black Friday Special period of 18-29 November 2024.

8. Customers will begin receiving Black Friday give-aways once the Black Friday sale period has come to a close and will not receive the give-aways during the period.

9. Giveaways will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

10. Hilti South Africa reserves the right to refuse access to Black Friday specials to certain customers, based on current financial standing with Hilti, or if prior financial arrangement are already in place.

11. Black Friday giveaways are not exchangeable for cash or for other gifts outside of your giveaway threshold.

12. Fleet Management pricing: All special offers with a tool costs per month are provided on Fleet Management over a 36-month usage period except for the Grinder with a 12-month usage period, and subject to the standard Fleet Management framework agreement.
